What To Expect On Sundays...
WHAT ARE YOUR GATHERINGS LIKE?
At Westminster Vineyard, our gatherings have three primary components: worship, preaching of the Word, and prayer ministry time. Our gatherings are casual in dress and atmosphere and typically last around an hour and a half.
WHEN I GET THERE, WHERE SHOULD I START?
If you are a first-time guest with us, please stop by the Welcome Center just inside the gathering room. We have a little something to say thank you for checking out Westminster Vineyard. Plus we'd love to meet you!
HOW CAN I LEARN MORE ABOUT WESTMINSTER VINEYARD OR GET CONNECTED OUTSIDE OF SUNDAY?
If you'd like to learn more about Westminster Vineyard, we regularly invite new guests to get coffee with a pastor. This is a great place for you to hear more about the mission, vision, and values of our church and get to know someone from our leadership.
We also host a connect lunch after service on the first Sunday of every month that is free for all guests. This is a great place for you to meet other people from Westminster Vineyard as well connect with some of our leaders.
If either of these things sound interesting to you, email firstname.lastname@example.org to set something up!
I'M AN OVERACHIEVER... WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE COMING?
As a part of the Mile High Vineyard family, the Westminster Vineyard has an amazing Mobile App where you can find all of our upcoming events, Sunday connect card, podcast and more. Our app is available from all app stores but here are a few of the popular ones.
Visiting with kiddos? What to expect.
Check-in for our KidVenture classrooms opens 15 minutes prior to the Sunday gathering at the Kids' Check-In area in our lobby. Each Sunday, our KidVenture Kids staff and teachers have planned engaging, fun, and age-appropriate lessons and activities for all children from 10 weeks of age through 6th grade. Sometimes our check-in area can get a little crowded so feel free to print the KidVenture New Families form and bring it with you to make your Sunday experience smooth & quick.
Parents with newborns are welcome to bring their babies into the auditorium with them up to 10 weeks of age. We also have all of our services streamed into our family room for parents who, for one reason or another, would like a more private area for them and their kids.
For youth aged kids, preteens from 4th-6th grade are invited to check in to our EPIC Youth class. If you have 7th - 12th graders, they are invited to hang out with the Engage Youth. While these happen each Sunday, these classes are only available during the 10:45 service. We also have midweek gatherings for both of these age groups!

Want to get connected? Here's how...
At AV we believe life is best lived in circles, not in rows. Though joining together for church services (where we sit in "rows") is very valuable, we believe that real-life transformation is found most often in the context of community, where we can get to know one another more, build relationships, live life together, be transformed to be more like Jesus, and help transform the world around us (neighborhoods, schools, workplaces, cities, etc.).
We aim to facilitate this kind of transformational community through what we call "Circles."
Life Circles are at the core of our church. They are available throughout the year and are similar to small group Bible studies. Worship, scripture and prayer are essential elements of any Life Circle. Also, most Life Circles often choose to add a social justice component to their group – whether it's working with refugee families, supporting a Compassion child together, helping shut-ins in their neighborhood or raising money for an organization or cause.
We also have Social Circles which run mainly in the summer and winter. These groups meet together around a common interest, activity, sport or stage of life. In the past we've had Social Circles that were about everything from soccer to crocheting to poker nights to family potlucks in the park.
